30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Glasses Galore offers each and every customer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee from the date of receiving the prescription glasses if they are unhappy with the frame and/or prescription lens. Before the end of these 30 days a full refund may be received.

All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit, therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Glasses Galore will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.


Should the customer wish to exchange their purchased prescription glasses or sunglasses for another product, we will do this one time only. The request for exchange must be made within the 30 day satisfaction guarantee period, which runs 30 days from date of receiving the goods. Glasses Galore can only offer the one time exchange on each purchase due to the customization that is necessary for the prescription lenses. If there is a difference in value between the two products the customer has bought and subsequently desires, the credit card will be charged the difference.


All frames and lenses come with a 1 year warranty period where it may be exchanged for the exact same frame purchased during that period. Warranty replacements will be allowed in situations where there is a manufacturing defect such as the possibility (although these situations are rare) of paint chipping or lens coating removal. Such defects do not cover situations of personal misuse and/or damage such as sitting on the spectacles or other negligible activities that cause damage to the goods.

Contact Lenses


Prior to releasing any contact lenses to the customer, all contact lens orders will go through the same prescription validity check that is performed with prescription glasses and sunglasses. will not be held liable for incorrect prescriptions by 3rd party optometrists. The contact lenses will be sent to the customer once a valid prescription and full payment for the goods are received.


Glasses Galore will only refund contact lenses that contain manufacturing faults. Please contact us immediately if you suspect there to be an issue.


The customer is entitled to exchange received contact lenses once on the proviso that the contact lenses are returned in its original packaging and without any damage. If there is a difference in price between the first purchase and exchanged item, the difference will either be reimbursed or owing by the purchaser.
